Autosuggestion means self-suggestion. It is the suggestion repeatedly given to our mind by ourselves. This method of self-improvement is pioneered by French psychologist Emile Coue. We are all in the mode of autosuggestion consciously or unconsciously. In this article, I am going to make clear about the power and importance of autosuggestion in our daily life.
Benefit of autosuggestion
If we repeatedly chant "I am happy", then it is autosuggestion. Or we can chant "I am healthy", "I am energetic" etc whatever we want. Emile Coue used to chant as "Every day in every way, I am getting better and better."
Our mind is bombarded by thousands of thoughts. Generally, average peoples live with negative thoughts. Why? Because they are guided by the negative environment. We can prove it by going through the news and events in television, newspaper, social media etc. They are all continuously radiating negativity in our mind but we are not aware of it. It prevents us from thinking positively. We hardly imagine positive aspects. We conclude it is impossible to think positive in the midst of negativity. We are always trapped in negativity. To overcome this problem, if we practice autosuggestion or chant repeatedly what we want, the result will be enormous.
Autosuggestion differentiates all the thousands of thoughts and makes us focus on positivity continuously. For example when we repeatedly chant "I am being a successful person", our mind forget all the negative thoughts. We tend to neglect all the unnecessary thoughts. We focus on positive aspects continuously even though there is negativity around. Finally, our mind could be positive in the midst of negativity. But at other times, we unconsciously welcome all the negativity. So just giving positive autosuggestion, we can free from all the negativity. This is a very simple but great technique to change our life in a new dimension.

Influence of autosuggestion in the subconscious mind
We all human have a subconscious mind which is very powerful. This mind can change our outer reality. What is impressed in subconscious mind tends to express in the outer world. The subconscious mind is our inner reality or world. Our outer world is the reflection of the inner world. When we give autosuggestion repeatedly, it is impressed in the subconscious mind. What was programmed in the subconscious mind will be replaced by new programming. Subconscious mind perceives as reality what is occurring repeatedly. Ultimately, autosuggestion can transform our life.

Law of attraction
The law of attraction states, "like attracts like." Our mind is like a magnet. It attracts similar things around. What we thought and feel repeatedly, it attracts. If we think positive, we attract positive things around. If we think negative, we attract negative things. When we exercise autosuggestion, we repeat some positive words which trigger certain thought and feeling. Ultimately, this attracts the same positive people and the environment.
Law of vibration
Everything is vibration and energy. Every word we speak also has certain vibration and energy. When we practice autosuggestion, it vibrates in certain frequency and vibration. We can gain energy. So to turn our mind and body from negative to a positive vibration, autosuggestion is very essential. At normal condition, we are also at a certain vibration. If we are sad, unhappy, the vibration is negative. If we are happy, enthusiastic, the vibration is positive. So when we are at negative vibration, autosuggestion is the best technique to shift into a positive vibration.
Now I am going to share my experience of autosuggestion. At the initial stage, I did not feel any effects. When I practised it for 5 days or so with its continuation, I begin to feel the power of it. I began to feel what the words say. I am able to change my vibration. When I said "I am happy", I began to feel happy. When I said "I am strong", I began to feel strong. All the words started to vibrate. Now, I am able to change my vibration within 3 to 5 min by autosuggestion. When you master the technique of autosuggestion, you can control your life. You can change your state of mind. What we do in the external world is to change our state of mind. Some engage in travel, eating, get together etc. All these are done to change the state of mind whether we are aware of it or not.

Autosuggestion is a very simple but influential technique to control life. It can change the programming of our subconscious mind. It makes words vibrate. We are always in autosuggestion unconsciously. When we make it conscious, we can change our life.
